Our beef is the only grass fed beef you can buy that is locally produced. We sell 500gram “sausages” of beef mince. It is packaged in a clear plastic sausage casing and not on the standard polystyrene drip tray with the bloody cloth below the meat.
We will cut it up according to your instructions. For half a lamb you will get between 20 and 24 chops (packed in 6’s or 8’s), the neck in chops, the shoulder, ribs, some stewing meat and then the leg which you can choose to have in two, (approx 2 portions of 1.4kgs) or whole. The total weight of half a lamb is usually close to 10kgs and takes up the space of three rugby balls in your deep freeze.

We produce pasture reared chicken, beef, lamb and eggs on the Spier Wine Farm in Stellenbosch.
